SME WORLD, India’s leading monthly dedicated to the cause of small and medium enterprises in India won the national level Appreciation Award instituted by the Small & Medium Business Development Chamber of India .
Small & Medium Business Development Chamber of India (SME) and Indian Young Entrepreneurs Forum jointly organized the summit to felicitate young entrepreneurs who have established their niche by developing successful and innovative business models.
Rajen Kumar, Founder Editor, SME WORLD, was honoured with the award for ‘propagating the news concepts, ideas and opportunities to enhance the knowledge of SMEs’ from Mr. C.B. Bhave, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The award ceremony was organized to mark the 15th Foundations Day of the Chamber in Mumbai recently.
The panel of judges included Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Dinesh Rai, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Bombay Stock Exchange Madhu Kannan, Chairman and Managing Director, Bank of India, A.K. Misra, and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Multi Commodity Exchange Stock Exchange, Joseph Massey and Consul General of USA. E. Paul Folmsbee.
