Q. I recently purchased a set of non-stick kitchenwares. But within a few days I found that the items are not effective as the non-stick coating was fading. I think these are made of sub-standard metal and now I feel cheated. What should I do?

It is very sad to know about your experience. Today the market is full of the non-branded products and they are available on cheaper prices. In all probability you have purchased non-branded items which are non-branded. You should have checked the ISI mark on it. It is always healthy to use non-stick kitchen items as these save on the cooking medium ( you have to use no or very little cooking oil). One must purchase branded items which have quality mark and warranty also. 
 
 
Q. We are running a computer training institute for almost two years now and we have two batches of about 30 students. But it is unfortunate that our students are finding it difficult to get suitable jobs. Our credibility is also at stake. What to do?

You have not clarified what kind of training your institute is imparting. It is equally surprising for me also to learn that your students are not getting the jobs they deserve.

These days are training in any discipline must be as per demand of the industry and such training must be backed by effective practical knowledge and should be of the quality the industry demands.

I suggest you must go in for some kind of arrangements with a few enterprises for affording internship for a month or so. This way the aspiring job seekers will get exposure to the working environ besides having practical knowledge.

There is no need to get disheartened. Make your students well-trained by giving them quality training. I am sure you will soon find results. Best of luck.
