The world of the viruses is here to stay, nay, stronger. Piracy has become a dreaded word for the techies everywhere. With the sharp upsurge of the Indian dominance across the world, the IT companies are severely hammered with the pirated versions of software and system solutions. Despite expanding phenomenon of intellectual property rights and its tools like patent, copyright, etc. IT industry finds itself trapped in net of 'pirates' or better say spiders.
Pirated versions of software are easily available in Indian IT markets and the story is not different for anti viruses too. Getting fake versions of popular anti viruses is not an uphill task, the attraction being cheaper prices. As a result, the original anti-virus makers have to suffer heavy revenue losses.
