Oct 2010
Colours have their own advantages. Now professionals understand the need of the colour for business communications. They are switching over to make colourful presentation of their proposal. Most of the big corporate agree that colorful proposals often win the project. Not only in making the colourful proposal, colour print of you documents make better impression of every move in your day to day office operations.

There are many companies in the market which provide colour printers at very affordable costs. These companies understand the need of the colour printers and its growing market in India. They are coming with new solutions day after day. Most of them are spending millions on the R&D to provide the best cost-effective solutions.
Multi-Functional Products
In their quest to score over others, the companies are introducing multi-functional products (MFPs) which often provide ultimate solution for printing, fax, copying in single equipments. Such multifunctional products tend to reduce the cost of the businesses operations and occupy little space in your office which has become a costly affair.
With the growing market of MFPs, more and more companies are launching ultimate solutions that promise hassle free daily business communications on comparatively cheaper running cost. Such products are now widely being adopted by the business houses especially small and mid-size companies where every single penny is has worth.
According to Gartner, an information technology research and advisory company, the combined printer, copier and multifunctional product (MFP) market in India has witnessed a growth of 39.9 per cent. The market totaled nearly 0.8 million units in the second quarter of 2010, compared to the corresponding quarter of 2009. “The end of recession, combined with a surge in end user confidence and availability of better credit, contributed to most of the major vendors experiencing a significant shipment increase in the second quarter of 2010”, says Vishal Tripathi, principal research analyst at Gartner.
Whereas new entrants in the printing-imaging market are coming and making competition tougher, the existing companies are not behind and pouring more money on research and development. Buyers of MFPs are in wining situations and getting maximum return on their investments.
