Where do the taxes go?

While the J.J. Industrial area may not be getting anything substantial in terms of amenities, yet the underlying fact tells a further appalling story.
 
Much to its own dismay, the Okhla industrial area pays heavily in terms of taxes. But the entrepreneurs there do not see even a penny being spent in development activities. Why is this area so grossly neglected by authorities is anybody's guess. 
 
Many entrepreneurs face embarrassment when their international clients visit the area. It's high time the government wakes up to the problems of the area and undertake remedial measures to instill confidence in the industrialists out there.
