An experiment of the capital markets in the right direction providing a platform for Capital raising in the form of equity for the deserving SMEs.  We further appreciate the tremendous efforts put in by the regulator SEBI and BSE SME exchange to make it happen.

MicrosecA model has been created wherein the numerous High Networth Individuals of our country would have an opportunity to invest in businesses which they would like to promote within an environment which allows them to establish better controls, safety and an exit opportunity. We can see that the intention of the regulators is to create an alternative source of funding for SMEs at reduced costs.  

We intermediaries have been reposed with the responsibility of finding the worthiest diamonds amongst the numerous SMEs and associate with them on a long term basis and enable their sustainable growth. Market making concept has been there for long time but has now been made compulsory on the SME exchange for 3 years, which we feel would lead to fair valuations, though at a higher cost for the companies in the short term. There are always some challenges for any new ideas to be implemented, but we feel that soon a market equilibrium would be created.
