What are your strategies for venturing into the domestic market and what challenges you envision?
Jindal Intellicom has experience spanning over a decade in providing world class customer care & interaction services to Fortune 500 companies globally. We are now looking to bring the same process knowledge & domain expertise to service Indian consumers. Indian consumers are now much more informed and expect same (or even better) grade of customer care & back office services than consumers in western countries. It is a very exciting market and we look forward to working with some of the leading consumer facing companies in BFSI, Telecom, Media & Retail sectors.
