  • Problems in collateral-free loans must be addressed at the earliest.
  • Public Procurement Policy must be implemented.
  • PSUs like QCI, NSIC, SIDBI, CGTMSE, must be strengthen to further boost the sector.
  • There must be an independent monitoring body to ensure the credit flow towards the sector.
  • Government Schemes must be entrepreneur-friendly and they must be polularised.
  • Government must take action for maximum adaptability of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions and new-age marketing ways.
  • There is a need to look the SMEs beyond metros.
  • Industrially backward areas are still untouched with all the SMEs campaign.
  • There must be a Consultancy Framework dedicated for SMEs to give them real time and exact information within their domain.
  • Recommendation of the PM’s Task Force on SMEs must be implemented soon.
